Hi
I´m currently testing the scenario Creation Order with external pricing, our scenario contemplates integration with the ERP system via HCI.
The order is created without problems and we test in the external system (ERP) and the price is determined with the same customer and the same material but at the moment of the simulation, the error is generated: Price procedure code is missing.
In the code list mapping activity the following fields were mapped: PriceSpecificationElementTypeCode
ExternalSalesPricingProcedureCode
In addition, the fine tunning activity was carried out for external prices. At the moment of simulation the following errors are generated:
Pricing data could not be read
Sales document was not changed
Please enter sold to party p ship to party (These fields understand that they are determined by the customer data, at the time of creating the order does not ask for this information)
No output message is generated on the C4C monitor.
How we can proceed? Thanks in advance
Hi Oriana,
Did you mapped the code lists on the fine-tune?
Go to Code List Mapping for Integration with External Applications and Solutions on your fine-tune on C4C. Click on Maintain Code List Mapping.
Moreover, change the mapping on the PartyRoleCode to be similar on the image below.
Do the correct mapping for your case and after that it should work 😃
Be careful with the mapping, you may think that Account is EO, however it was AG. You should use the raw code from ECC.
Hope this help you.
Best regards

Hi Marlos,
Sorry for the delay but yes, we managed to solve the error as you say in the code list activity by mapping the partner functions in the PartyRoleCode field.
You're right
Thank you very much 🙂
