Domain URL for FB Ad account for campaigns - Hybris Marketing Cloud

Hi Experts,

I am setting FB campaigns for Hybris Marketing cloud.

During Ad account authentication from Hybris Marketing receiving following error:

"Can't Load URL: The domain of this URL isn't included in the app's domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings."

I tried to add Domain URL as below format:

URL format: https://host:port/sap/public/bc/sec/oauth2/client/redirect?sap-client=100

But same error persists during authentication.

I would like to know what is the correct format of Domain URL needs to be specified in FB Ad account for Hybris Marketing Cloud.

On On-Premise the endpoint is, so I would assume cloud should be the same.

https://host:port/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/CUAN_NAV_TO/index.html#CUAN_TI_F_INI_MKT_AUTOMATION_ENDPOINT

In Facebook,. add the product "Facebook Login", and set above link as "Valid OAuth redirect URIs".

Thanks for the response.

I have added Facebook Login App and added valid OAuth redirect URL as below format:

https://host:port/sap/public/bc/sec/oauth2/client/redirect?sap-client=100

It worked and able to authenticate successfully.

Hi,

I followed the config instructions, but when i tru to authenticate in facebook from SAP Mktng Cloud Campaigns it shoes me the error "Not Logged In: You are not logged in. Please login and try again"

Can someone please guide me on this error?
