I need, what Salesforce would call Validation rules, for Accounts Leads and Contacts. I want to be able to determine which field(s) are used to cehck for duplicates, and then prevent a user from creating a duplicate record, if the email, phone number, address, etc. are the same.
I can't find doocumentation on this ANYWHERE. Please help!
