Discrepancy in search result in account overview work center

Hi All,

When we are displaying account information in Account Overview work center, the list of contact person displayed is different for different users. For Example, When i went into Contact person assignment block of Account Overview page, I got 20 accounts which is correct (checked same in GUI). However, for some other user, only 8 contacts have been displayed.

Could you please let me know the reason behind that. Is it related to some authorization or some other reason?

    Hi Mohit,

    If business roles are the same for both users, authorizations would be my first focus as well. You can trace them in ST01 tcode for affected user but you can also check if the contact persons that are not shown have an 'authorization group' maintained in their business partner 'control' attributes.
