Scenario: A raw material in a batch order was changed.
What I know: I know it was changed. I know who changed it, and I know when and what time it was changed using COR3, MSC4N, all documents change information
What I do not know: SAP does not tell you what exactly was change. It could be the batch size of final product, packaging information, raw material order of addition.
What I need to know: How can I find exactly what was changed for a specific batch order?
Thank yuou
if you change an item in a process order then you cannot expect to find the changes among the changes of the batch record.
You have not changed a batch record, you have changed a process order.
for process order changes you may check this old discussion: https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/1758429

Yes it looks like yours.
Still some changes are not shown. To test out the accuracy of this change document, I looked up a batch I changed the raw material size and added new raw material few weeks ago.
Under the change document, my username was not listed as one who changed process order. In addition, I also do not see my change in MSC4N. See attached images. How long before this change becomes visible?
