Hi,
I am facing a problem when trying to install Lumira Server for BI plat 1.31 patch 7 in a Linux/Tomcat BO system. The error that I get all the time is:
You do not have enough space to install the product. Please free disk
space, or select a different install location. Required Space: 2461586432
bytes.
My problem is that the installation directory has 19Gb free on disk space, the /tmp also has 10 Gb free and most other directories has at least 2.4 Gb free.
The most extrange part is that I was able to install the same package in the BO Dev system and in this BO PRD system I have this error. At BO Dev, the directories had less free space than in this Prd system. I have triple checked authorizations for the directories and files with no problem found so far.
As BO installer is not very accurate when reporting errors I oppened a message to SAP (high priority) two weeks ago and there is no clue in what is going on.
Does someone else here has experienced something similar? or what Ideas should I try to solve this problem?
