Step by step process for a business component with the communication channel

Hi,

I am new in SAP PI .I try to create "Configure communication channel with SFSF Adapter for SAP PI" by using this document https://blogs.sap.com/2014/10/16/howto-configure-a-communication-channel-with-sfsf-adapter

According this doc I need to create

• a business component with the communication channel.
• Integration Flow.

Please tell me the step by step process for these.
