SQL 2000 to SQL2005 upgrade

Dear Experts,

After my SQL upgradation (2000 to 2005), Will SBO ask new license file?

How to upgrade MS SQL 2000 to MS SQL2005 without get the new SBO license?

    Upgrading SQL 2000 to 2005 for company database requires new license if you also upgrade the SBO version from 2004 to 2005 and the new version use SQL 2005 as its server. It is impossible without requires new license if your SBO version is upgraded. It is impossible to use SQL 2005 in SBO 2004 version.
