Hi,
In SMW02a, I am getting an error as follows: "Business partner 0080184197 does not exist as customer, change not possible" .
My investagation: 1. Checked in R/3 for the Contact person inconsistancy - there is no inconsistancy. Checked in CRM BP & the Contact person exists in CRM as well as R/3.
2. In some cases in the change History (R/3) i could see that the Contact person was deleted at some point of time and then recreated.
I am trying to find the root cause for this error as where is it getting triggered.
Can anyone help me find the root cause. Thank You

Hi,
Reprocess it.
if you observed that the contact person is deleted at that time you have to reprocess if not work you have to delete(its not suggestible but i have no clue) that bdoc and again change some field it will follow....
