HTTPS port not accessible for a Dialog Instance Web AS JAVA 640

Hi

We have EP 6.0 SP 16 (NW2004 SR1). I have configured the J2EE engine for SSL. Did all the necessary steps in the Central instance and for a Dialog instance. For the Central instance everything is working fine as we can access the https port 50401. But for the dialog instance the https port is not accessible. The browser come up with a message Page unavailable.

All the setting seems to be fine and jlaunch is listenning at https port forthe dialog instance.

Can anyone help please
