    Hi,

officially the return process is not supported by standard SAP ERP system for the third-party process (SAP note 751609). This functionality was never designed and is not supported.

The note 751609 is the official statement of SAP to this problem.

    Please Reward If Really Helpful,

    Thanks and Regards,

    Hi,

I have some Idea on Third party Returns. Please follow the steps.

    1. We create the return Order and the customer returns ( the delivery address is the vendor's)

    2. We create the Credit memo to the customer based on the return order.

    3. Now as the stock is with the vendor and the vendor has to pay to the company, we create a dummy sales order to the vendor.

    4. We create Goods Issue to the Vendor in SAP but not physically.

    5. We create Billing to vendor and Vendor pays.

This is how we can create the Returns in Third party.

    Reward me if usefull.

Thanks and have a nice day
