Hi
So what's the conclusion on Community Day for Bangalore? Cant seem to get much info 'bout it right now. You know it'd affect the amount I pay for registration, so I'm kind of stalling on registration till I know if there's going to be a community-day in Bangalore, and how it's gonna cost.

Bangalore Community Day 2007 will be an invitational event. The invitations will be sent within the next 7-10 days. For anyone receiving such an invitation the entrance to Community Day will be complimentary

Wow!!! So how would the invites be sent? Is there an application for invitation? (lol) I'd really like to be invited anyway, it's gonna be my first TechED, and I'd be coming from real far, an extra day of TechFUN would mean a lot...

Hi Yele,
I think there is some criteria for the invitation sent by SAP. As once criteria is, people who have got more than 1000 points from the last teced till this year teched will be invited by SAP for community day and there may be some other criteria as well.
I am also expecting invitation and will be there in the comminity day. Hope to catch you there.

Hi Yele,
Yes Subhasha is right, there is criteria for the Community Day invitations.
Community Day invitations will be sent out for the Nov. 27th Community Day to all those who have over 500 points and live in India or are top contributors planning on attending SAP TechEd '07 Bangalore (Nov 28-30).
Invitations will be sent in the next week. If you do not receive one and fall into one of those two categories, please contact me.
If you don't meet the criteria this year we hope you can come next year!
