Campaign automation - TG Reminder

Hi,

For campaign automation, I have the following requirements:-

1. a BP that answers the survey with a YES before a certain time will receive a Thank You mail and collected as a "participant"

2. a BP that answers the survey with YES, whether it is before or after a certain time, will be put into a separate TG which will be used for later campaigns

3. a BP that answers NO will receive the same thank You mail and collected as "non participants".

4. BPs that did not respond will receive a reminder mail/call

5. After event has taken place, a feedback mail will be sent out to the participants

My problem here is that

1) my mails do manage to get sent out to all participants. The ppl who responded yes or no, do get the Thank You mails. But they are <b>not found</b> in the TG "Paticipants" or "Non participants". I created these 2 TG in the Campaign Automation under the Segments tab by choosing "Add Empty TG"

2) the ppl who did not reply, never got the reminder mail, which is supposed to be automatically triggered. I had set the example as one day later. But the mail never ever came.

3) How can i send out the feedback forms to the participants?

What is wrong? can someone point this out?
