Hi, Specialists.
I want to know whether internal message is made non-display or not.
I want to use Support Desk.
And it is used between End-user and Help desk.
Because there is also some messages which we would not like to show
to End-user.

Some messages means... can you please eloborate. Your end-user always creates the messages or is there any other process... Please eloborate your questions, or cite examples so that you get quick response.

There is a provision of sending internal messages in the support message. Messges sent this ways are not logged in the ticket which is what you desired.
In your support mesage, just above the transaction data tab, there are several options, two of them could prove usefull to you,
1) Private Note
2) Send object with note
This should solve your issue,
