Hello,
My issue is that I have a vendor (email A), this vendor has 2 contact persons and each has a different email address (B and C). A bid is sent to vendor contact B. When the bid is accepted and a PO is generated the PO goes to the vendor instead of going to the contact B. SRM 5.5 SP: SAPKIBKT10
This is causing a lot of problems because the contacts are in different cities

Hi Ortega,
The PO Email automatically will only go out to the email of what is maintained in BBPMAININT or BP transaction for the Vendor BP. It will not pick the contact persons email addresses. The Contact person email address will only be used to invite Vendors in a Bid Invitation.
<b>Bottom Line</b>: In out of the box, if you wish to send the PO to a different email apart from what is maintained in the BP of the vendor, you would need to intervene in the middle and change the PO Output email or you can change the email address of the vendor on the partner overview tab by clicking on the little envelope icon.
