Viewing HTML templates for IACs

Hello, I am new to SRM - SUS and I am trying to solve a problem that is causing an ITS error when a user switches to Spanish and then tries to use an IAC function.

I am told the IAC are the older technology and that they require a separate HTML template for each language and that we may not have one for Spanish yet.

Our normal SUS guy is out sick and I'd like to figure this out without him, but I don't know how to find the templates. Is there a transaction code to view them in SRM or do I need to connect to a server and find the actual HTML file in a folder somewhere?

We are on SRM 4.0.

Hi

<u>For looking for various HTML templates related to a particular Internet Service (Say BBPSc01), use transaction SE80 and in the left-side select Internet Services (from drop-down) and type the name of the Intenet Service and hit enter key...</u>

It will display all relevant HTML templates in that case.

That does answer my question but it brings up another one.

How can I find out what ITS service is being used for these IAC pages?

In this case I am specifically looking for templates that are created to control the language for these IAC pages.

HTML Templates are quite latest SRM functionality whereas IAC (Internet Application components) were old and unctionality termed for SRM 4.0 related Web trasanctions used in ITS Server having Screens + Flow logic..

For an IAC (template+abap screen), you have to modify the html template and the corresponding ABAP screen and insert code in PBO.

ITS is a web application server that allows you to present SAP information on the Web.

Depending on the version 2 development modes are possible:

- Transactional IAC (all versions) presents an ABAP transaction on the web, each ABAP screen has a corresponding template on ITS

- Flow Logic IAC (not supported by integrated ITS 6.40) allows you to manage both presentation and flow logic on ITS, data are accessed in the SAP system (EBP , R/3, ...) through RFC function calls

Hi,

Every trsnaction in SRM wil have a corresponding ITS templaet associated with it.So in the WEB Screen whose TCODE ,you need to find out ,just say right click-->view Source.

There in the text file,you can find the ITS service (i.e. tcode) and the corresponding HTML template(i.e. Page/screen ).
