Course fees - IT0022

Hi,

I need to save in IT0022 (Education) the Course fees. But, after fill all the fields, including the courses fee with repayment obligation, I save the IT and the P0022-JBEZ1 field disappear. I am working in molga 37 (brazil).

I don't know what I need. Also, after saving, I will need to read the course fee in Payroll, and also, I have not found a function to read it.

Please, if some one can help me out, telling me what I am doing wrong because P0022-JBEZ1 is getting not saved. And also, when I get it saved, if there is some standard function to read it.

As per my testing, the course fee will be applicable to certifications or licenses that may be reimbursed by the organization. It is not applicable to regular University, college courses. Pl pay around with other education types and check the results, because the customization of these education types might vary.

If this helps, pl do reward.

Hi Ruben!

I think to be able to commmand the screen you need to know the Module pool and Screen number, and search for this combination in T588M (Infotype screen control).

In this table you are able to configure the screen behavior of the Infotype -> please use the settings to reach the desired result.

In the V_T517T you should check the field "course" for all the entries you have and keep in mind to mark them. If you call the F1 Help screen it might be confusing, that this indicator should not be used anymore. This statement is just because of R/2->R/3 upgrade there, don't be frgihtened! only tick the check-box.

I hope with these settings you are able to show and save IT0022 correctly.

Yours sincerely,

Zsolt

Thank you Zsolt, it works.

In fact, I have seen this table before, but, the F1 is confusing as you said.

Thanks,

Ruben.
