Hi
I am setting up SAP Persona screens and making some really positive progress.
One question I do have is in regards to end users. When viewing the pages/flavors I have created, a hand icon appears over any images I have inserted. Of course, a hand icon usually mean you can click on the image and it will take you to a URL. However, these images don't have any links. Is there a way to stop images from having a hand icon and just remain as the general mouse pointer icon instead (this is when hovering over with the mouse).
Thanks.
Shaun
Hi Shaun,
Generally speaking this shouldn't happen with all images, only if the image has an onClick script associated with it or perhaps it is moved to an area that is clickable, such as a button. If this is not the case in your flavor, please create an incident for component BC-PER and the support team will look into the situation.
Of course please make sure your system is fully up-to-date and the latest Personas client note version is implemented before creating an incident.
Regards,
Tamas.

Hi Tamas
Thanks very much.
This is unfortunately happening with ALL images, even those with no onClick script association.
We are on Personas 3.0 SP3.
I have found a workaround and that is to add an empty label over the image and then the hand icon disappears. However, when creating many Flavors like I am, this add time and effort when it shouldn't be required.
I have just created an OSS incident.
Thanks very much.
Shaun
