withholding tax certificate for vendor(Form16)J1INCERT

Hi Friends,

I am trying to generate vendor tds certificate(J1INCERT) but system throwing error message that" Please maintain entries in layout customizing". I have already maintained entries in Table:J_1IEWT_CERT and J_1IEWT_CERT_N. But still system throwing message whenever I tried to run vendor certificate.

Please give the inputs to resolve the issue. Its urgent.... System-6.0

please check, if any documents posted with blank section code ... it may creatae a problem like this.
