HI

When i am creating EI for a export invoice.getting below error message

"Not enough balances for utilisation"-Mesage 8I0578.

Any clues to post my invoices?

Where to increase balances?

Under balances i getting RG23A /PLA account balances.

Still i am not able to post..

Wahts the use of J1IH? TR6 challan

Hi Shan

I think if enough balance for utilization is not available, you cannot create excise invoice. The only option is to update incoming credits through J1IEX.

Goto J1IH tcode and post TR6C Challan.
