this is a test answer to your test question...

I will try to spell "IDM" for you:

• Well, you can take an "I", - in german language this would be an "Ei" (german for "egg"), englishmen will say "eye"
• Then you take a "D", pronounced as "deee"!
• Lastly I recommend an "M", pronounced like "Emm".

This then results in "I"-"D"-"M" ! - Sometimes, by-the-way, also used as abbreviation for "Idea-Management"...
