I think the other person's suggestion was to "modify" your profile to include the SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR role. This should be all you need.

hey Dantuluri,

you can assign the role modify in visual admin.

Start Visual Administrator -> service: Security Provider ->

Tab: Runtime, Policy Configurations -> choose component:

sap.com/com.sap.xi.mdt*mdt -> Security Roles -> choose: "modify"

under that.. check if the administrator group is available..

thats all

Hi !

Note:You will need to have the authorizations of the user group SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR with the role modify.

Go to Runtime Workbench -> Component Monitoring -> Communication Channel Monitoring

Locate the link Availability Time Planning on the top right corner of your Communication Channel Monitoring page.

One issue can be the timezone differences.

What I noticed when I was using the Availability time planning is that you need to use the Server Time and not your time ( the User Specific Time Zone ) to schedule your adapters.

Also have a look into the OSS note 1071144.

check this Blog

/people/shabarish.vijayakumar/blog/2006/11/26/adapter-scheduling--hail-sp-19- .

Thanks!
