plz give suggestion

hi all,

plz help beginner in bw......if i write one word in search not getting exactly basic definitions.and scenarios plz explain how to search for basics and scenarios for beginner........

it is very helpful for beginner if basics r kept in one folder or one basics group.plz tell me how to foloow this group......

    Read all the threads which is created by me(ankit) in these threads you find bi from 0 to better level these threads contain creation of infoobject creating source system infocube infopkg infoarea etc or some dummy report

    assign points if healpful

    Hi Swathi,

    It depends on what you are looking for in basics...a lot of the basic building block info can be found if you start reading the BI area of Give me an example of what you want to search for and I will show you how to get it.

    You can search the Library on SDN (which is where you can find the most links to docs) by starting at here:

    Give some proper key words and choose the BI area and see what somes up. Several times I have also found Google very useful to search even for forum threads! Also the BI area on SDN is the home to a lot of documents and links to connect to:

    The above link will help you to get to blogs, How to docs, FAQs, Demos etc.

      hi si,

      i saw am beginner its bit difficult to understand so if u have docs with screen shots....i believe its very easy to understand the docs with screen shots......can u send any docs to my mail for ectraction,modeling as well as reporting.
