how to define rule agent assignment method in sendmail step

hi friends

when a employee applies for leave , intimation mail is to be send to his payroll administrator , there is custom rule to identifies the payroll admin , but in the send mail step , there is no option to set agent assignment through rule . is there any other option for this , then how to find the agent through rule to pass to the send mail step ?

You can create a method that will retrieve the SAP Users Id from the Responsibility Rule. Make sure that all the SAP User ID are concatenated with US in front. Then store this values in a Workflow Container Element and use that in the Expression agent assignment.

The method will return value to Task and subsequently to Workflow.
