Hie Experts,

In my VC application i created

1) input field : GROUP 2) button : with system action as hyper link...and i gave the link below :

-

IF(@GROUP != 'ALL' ,"http://170.25.18.55:8000/sap/bw/bex?sap-language=%20&CMD=LDOC&infocube=ZB_IC&query=BWQUERY&FILTER_IOBJNM_1=ZB_JGRP&FILTER_VALUE_1=" & @JOB_GROUP&"&filter_collapse = ;",

IF(@GROUP != 'ALL' AND @JOB_SUBGROUP1 == 'ALL' AND @JOB_SUBGROUP2 != 'ALL',"http://170.25.18.55:8000/sap/bw/bex?sap-language=%20&CMD=LDOC&infocube=ZB_IC&query=BWQUERY&FILTER_IOBJNM_1=ZB_JGRP&FILTER_VALUE_1=" & @JOB_GROUP&"&filter_collapse = ;" ,'others'))

-

Now , i have my iview on portal.... here , on click of a button of iview,

it gives a pop up asking for 170.25.18.55 server username and passord entry.

to avoid this since i already logged in to portal once, i configured SSO(single sign on) ..Still i get the pop up...

I know the problem: since the hyperlink opens in a separate session ..

I want to know how to pass session id in Url , so that it will open in the same portal session..

Regards

Bijal

    Hi Bijal,

    I didn't try to do such thing yet (opening a window to a BW report), but I know that SSO done with SAPLogonTicket is done also by the domain of the URL. you use IP, so I don't believe it will ever work.

    Try to use a FQDN for this URL and also access VC iView with FQDN and see if

    it helps.

    Hope this helps,

    Natty
