Is there any BAPI for generating Organization structure from a flat file ?

Hello,

By default SAP only supports an initial download of organizational data from ECC-R/3 to CRM, not from third party systems/flat files.

You could process the flat file in LMSW but you'll have to know all the organizational model tables. (HRP1000 is master org model table)
