PO released dates by releases ?

Dear MM gurus,

Request pl let me know is there any Standard Report to see the PO Releases along with dates & release levels with sap user id. (PO releases history)

Pl help

Hi Srihari,

If you want to get exact release date per release code, you can go to CDHDR and CDPOS, Enter transaction ME28, ME29N, then enter the range date,enter the object value as PO number (if the PO is not 10digit, then add zero value for the prefix).There you can find the release date.

i know me28 7 me29n, but i don't u/s what is cdhdr or cdpos.

these are t-codes or img codes?

Also to note that we have our po with 10 digit, so pl help in seeing the release date thru me28 & me29n.

if it is customising, kindly let me know step by step process so that i can get to see thru me28 & me29n.

They are tables, you can browse CDHDR and CDPOS using SE16 or SE11

Hi

As u know ME28 and ME29N used to release PO's

U can check release date from CDHDR table in SE16/SE11

follow the path

T code SE16 -Table CDHDR -->enter PO number in <b>Document Number</b> -->enter Trnx ( click yellow arrow in front of it enter both trnx code i.e me28/me29n execute)

Now execute the report u will able to see release date for ur PO

Also u can check Release date/user ID in ME23N

Go to Environment-->Header changes

here ur able to see release date

Dear Ediga,

When entering ME23N, enter the PO number , if the PO contain release strategy and ever been release, then in the Menu screen at the top of the transaction ->Environment--header changes, there , it will list out all changes for the release date along with the Tcode to release it.

In ME23N when u select Po number and enter to that PO

In Menu bar U can see Environment-->header changes

If this PO is released here u r able to see release date
