    Hi Velmurugan,

A start form and a start transaction can be used to start a workflow manually. The user is given the oportunity to fill in fields which will be used in the workflow.

You say you couldn't create a start transaction, this could be because of the SAP version you are on. if I understand SAP help correctly, it is no longer possible to create a start transaction from ECC 6 anymore. If you are on a lower version, could you explain where you are stuck?

    Go through these links,

    for start forms

start transaction: If a start transaction was created for the workflow in an earlier versions, you can also update it in the version dependent basic data on the Start form tab page you check this in SAP HELP.

    Thanks and Regards,
