When I want to add journal entry, there is an error message : "unbalance transaction". Is it bugs or there are some settings that made it error ? If you have any idea or opinion to solve it, please share to me. Thanks.
is the entry not balance in both foreign and local currency ? let me know. Anyway, I am not so sure but you could consider to uncheck the box Block Unbalanced FC Journal Entry and uncheck the blocked editing of totals in system currency box. Both check boxes are located in the module administration --> document settings --> tab per documents --> journal entries. Let me know if need more detail.
