joblog file deleted right after its creation / TSM error

Good morning,

We backup our SAP servers with TSM.

We regularly have the following error:

2017-09-20 22:01:13 ANS1802E Incremental backup of '/sapmnt' finished with 1 failure(s) 
 2017-09-20 22:01:10 ANS1228E Sending of object '/sapmnt/XXX/global/DDDJOBLG/0001X21510300X56586' failed. 
 2017-09-20 22:01:10 ANS4005E Error processing '/sapmnt/XXX/global/DDDJOBLG/0001X21510300X56586': file not found

For me the joblog files are only deleted by the report rsbtcdel or rsbtcdel2.

This report is not launched during our TSM backup.

Could you explain me in which case the joblog file is deleted a few seconds after it creation?

Is there a way to avoid this behaviour?
