C4C Account Address not showing in Account Summary Form

Hi all,

Not all address line is shown in 'Account Summary' form. The address displayed in the form has already gone through formatting and pass to the data binding elements.

Does anyone know if we can select how the address should be formatted according to the country in business configuration?

I was not able to find where I can influence the format of the address to be displayed in 'Account Summary' form.

Dear Grace,

Complete address can be displayed by adding the required fields from 'Account' layout below the 'Sections' layout.

Hello Grace,

The way the address is printed follows the guidelines set forth by the Universal Postal Union as closely as possible. So changing it even if it is show it in the form of the lines in the accounts is not possible.

Thanks. However my problem now is the address entered in Address line 1,2, 4 and 5 in account address facet are not showing in "Account Summary" form. The reason we uses address line 1,2, 4 and 5 because street has only 35 character length and this is not sufficient for us in many cases.

How can we make those value entered in the address facet appear in the form?

Hi all,

Have anyone got issue displaying address line in "Account Summary" form.

Example, I have address maintained in address line field 1 and 2 but upon viewing "Account Summary" form those address line are not displayed.

Is there any way we can change how address is displayed in Account Summary form?
