Project Cycle aba is missing..

Dear Gurus..

In t_code solar_project_admin I go to the 'System Landscape' tab, and then the 'Project Cycle' tab is missing ... exist only : Systems , Central Objects and IMG Projects tab.,..

My solman is in ST 12 level..
