How to find BO report Usage information

Hi,

We do not have Universe or IDT tool installed on our system. We use 4.1 SP 8 BO and all our webi reports are created on BEx query using SAP BW system.

We have a requirement where we need to check which reports are last refreshed and by which users. With this information we will be able to identify if we have any reports which are not at all refreshed and can be archived.

Can we use Query builder to extract this information and if yes how.
