KM Transports

Hi i have created a link in the Global Offer,

- save the zip to my local desktop.

Now i want to

-upload the package to the new environment using: Content Management > Content Exchange > Package Upload

My problem is i cant see the this Content Exchange folder, hence am unable to proceed.

PLease sugesst wat can be the problem??

I have also taken help of SAP Help for Content Exchange but nothing helped
