    Hi

MB51 - use ALV grid and extract report in Excel. Add a column named "Remarks" next to Mvt Type - update the column with description for the Mvt Types. Then use Pivot table functionality to get the report. I am sure you would have already thought of that - but just in case.

    Hi Rohit & Vishal,

Thanks for your inputs, i think MC46 & MC50 should meet my requirement, will carry out a few tests & let you know.

Note for Mr. Seshagiri: I think that would be a tedious job, so i think i will try MC46 & MC50. But none the less, thank you for your suggestion.

In the meantime, if you people come across any other standard reports which i can use, please do let me know.

    Vivek
