Hi friends,
In APP, What is difference between Sending co.code & Paying co.code?
Regards,
Chandra.
Hi Chandra,
Consider the following example:
Suppose there are two company codes, A & B. Lets Say comapny Code A makes purchase from vendor X. Vendor X sends invoice to Company A. But Company code makes payemnt to Vendor X. In this case the company code (A)which receives the invoice is sending comapny code and teh company code which makes payemnt on behalf of the other company code (B) is teh paying company code
Hope it clears your doubt

Hi,
Generally it is used for cross company code transactions, we can specify sending com.code and paying com.code for each com.code.
If a item is outstanding in the com.code A, and that outstanding amount is paid by com.code B
Then we define Com.code A as Paying com. code and Com.code B as sending com.code.
Thanks & Regards
Sunitha.
