Dear Team,
Client is paying the reimbursement (Medical, LTA Telephone etc.) through off cycle payment, eligibility maintain through infotype 0589. Employee applies through ess as per eligibility and approver approve through MSS and process off-cycle payroll. Some of the reimbursement is Annual and some are monthly.
Now clients wants to change the one monthly reimbursement to annual reimbursement i.e. CalType M to Y.
Please guide us how to change the reimbursement monthly to annual.
I don't know anything about Payroll for India, but have you considered creating a new Reimbursement Code?
Unless you can find a table where the link between the Current Reimbursement Code and the Calendar Type (or Payment Model) are linked to Dates, you probably will not be able to change Monthly to Annually.
