Hi,

You can do this in tcode PA40, and select the perticular type of action which u wanna perform and execute. The different personnel actions types that can be performed is confirmation, org reassignement, promotion, termination, transfer etc.

Do perform the steps accordingly.

Hi Neha,

You have to perform Personnel Action on the same employee Example: Org Reassignment, Change of Position, Promotion as Such

Dear Neha

You can change the personal area by performing any personnel actions like confirmation, org reassignement, transfer, promotion, termination etc. For that you have to go to PA 40, select the particular action type and execute.
