Regarding about Process Task at Engineering Record

To community members,

I would like to apply the process tasks to the certain SAP users for processing Engineering Record.
But, the tasks operate in a same way even if I choose different tasks such as "signature" or "send".

Do I need extra settings for activating task operations?

I read this document for using Engineering Record but, there is a slight of information about Process Routes.

That would be very helpful if you suggest any other documents about Process Tasks.
