WebService without authentification

Hi Experts,

I have a problem with a webservice without authentication. In the SOAMANAGER

I have declared the service without authentication, it has a user and password preset.

Also in the SICF transaction the service has user and password.and the connecting language is Spanish.

But when connecting from outside SAP continues to request authentification, any ideas?
