Table or FM for Project Actual Cost similar to S_ALR_87013532 report

Hi All,

I am developing a custom report where i need to display project and actual cost. Please let me know is there any database table or function module to get the project cost. But we have a standard report(tcode S_ALR_87013532) to display the actual cost, I was not able to find the logic to calculate actual cost.

Please let me know your suggestions. points will be rewarded for correct suggestions.

Hi,

The table for Actual costs is COEP and you can find the costs in WKGBTR Field.

How can I link the PROJ or PRPS table with COEP table.

Hi Venkat,

This is not a straight forward answer. It depends on the cost object. If the costs in COEP is booked to a Network, then the link for COEP to PRPS is through table AFVC with field OBJNR. COEP-OBJNR = AFVC-OBJNR where AFVC-PROJN is equal to PRPS-POSID.

If the cost object is WBS, then you can link COEP and PRPS directly through OBJNR => COEP-OBJNR = PRPS-OBJNR.
