Good issue to Plant Maintenance order in MB1A

Hi Gurus,

I have an issue in MB1A transaction when issuing material to Plant Maintenance order with movement type 261.

When I issue materials to PM order through MB1A it says the following error.

WBS Element is Req. GL A/C : 42200120

I have already mentioned a WBS in PM order under additional data. But I can issue goods for that PM order through MIGO without any error.

Can anyone suggest solution for this issue.

A message that starts with a Z is a homemade message by your own IT department.

It is controlled with own coding in user exits and BAdIs .

It can be that the programmer explicitly checked on transaction codes, it can be that you missed to click the check button in MIGO to get the same result.

Anyhow, this is something that your developer has to solve

I would just recommend to remove the authorization for the MB* transactions, as they got replaced with MIGO in the beginning of this century and will go away as you can read in 1804812 - MB transactions: Limited maintenance/decommissioning
