CopyExpress: "Could not open file &lt" error message

Hi all,

I've installed CopyExpress 6.80.01.11 on my SB1 2005A SP01 PL31 and every time I try to copy information from one database to another I get the same error message from CopyExpress: "Could not open file &lt".

Does anyone come across this error before? What can I do?

Thanks All,

Vítor

    Hello there,

As I was advised from some Copy Express expert, this case might be a problem with Copy Express internal .XML file processing. Perhaps it is due to some items names (company name or description, BP name, etc...).

I suggest you log a support message on this, send the database backup as well. Some analysis work should be carried out.

      Hello Cris,

I already answered my my own question.

I copied a database but didn't copy the files attached to it (that are in the directories we define in Administration -> System Initialization -> General Settings -> Path tab).

      Best Regards,

      Vítor
