Migrate existing JIVE Forum to Portal?

Hi,

We want to migrate/copy the content of an existing Jive Forum towards the SAP Portal Jive Forum. Not too much to find on SDN (yet 😊

Does anyone have experience with this? Can someone give us some information on how we could start?
