Hi,
Group templates are not available at C4C in accounts or opportunities:
I have seen in other post this interface shoud be as the next one:
I have done the integration of C4C as:
-Oauth Client (SAP JAM)
-Register Oauth Client (SAP C4C)
-SAMLN Identity provider (SAP JAM)
This result confirms that SAP JAM is integrated is the FEED of C4C:
Here you can see the was created groups from SAp Admin (with templates) but I can't match groups with customer or opportunities at SAP C4C.
Thanks for your attention,
I assume you've also done the OAuth2.0 provider and client configuration on the C4C side?
If yes, try the whole thing in Firefox in incognito mode. Somethings it somehow still stores other user credentials in the cache.
If that doesn't help either, please create a support ticket.
I can only say that this works if you follow the guides. I've done it several times, and so have others like Tobias, who also commented in you other question.

Hi Christian, the connection was succesful, but when I try to invite other people to a group (SAP JAM PLATFORM) says the e-mail is unknown. (this e-mail is registered on C4C related to a C4C user)
First of all this contact has been uploaded to the member list of SAP JAM ADMIN:
I think the problem is my system is not detecting users, there is no combo lists as suggestion. The next image shows that when I try to write the admin user, there is a suggestion contact (the user itself):
Thanks.
I think this is another topic now, isn't it?
Member lists in SAP Jam are completely independent from the C4C integration. You can only add users to member lists you are existing as users in SAP Jam already. I don't know if a users with the email address fdl@fdl.com really already exists in your SAP Jam tenant.
I assume you haven't configure C4C as an External Application in SAP Jam yet.
Follow this documentation: https://help.sap.com/viewer/cd4eb1e798d94b589d460d994c7e4875/1708/en-US/7c587ff4279a4a8eb2e04f53fb60...
And especially this part of it: https://help.sap.com/viewer/cd4eb1e798d94b589d460d994c7e4875/1708/en-US/a9f014890c99473aba25d7ddbd4f...

Hi Christian,
I have configure C4C as an External Application in SAP Jam .
The test connection is checked (if no t I can't save)
Moreover, I have configured this(the next post is mine):
https://answers.sap.com/questions/316309/sap-jam-http400-error-cannot-create-jam-group-cont.html
So the issue persists, with HTTP400 error.
What do you think is happening?
