The Oracle 11g database is not connected with pb11.5.5 exe file on win10 platform

Dear Team,

when am i working with pb11.5 source file,the database is connected and working fine but will run from .exe (pbd) file ,the database is not established.it shows like "ora-12154 tns could not resolve the connect identifier" Please help on this one on urgent basis.

Seems to me a problem with oracle.
