Install NW 7 Win 2003 other than english version

Hi,

Could someone tell me why NW 7 should only be installed in windows 2003 Englisn version and not in a different language. Right now I´m in a client where some other guy did a system copy from a Windows 2003 english server to a Windows 2003 enterprise spanish.

Acctually exists some problems in some ABAP programs that do not exists in the systems with windows 2003 standard english version. Do you think this could be causing this problems.
