Hello

Is it possible to set the view in controlling transaction (like KPO6) so, that user can see active operating concern and controlling area without clicking into menu and selecting check operating concern?

Bye

Hi Marjeta,

This is SAP standard design when you login to the system. If there is no default parameter ID for controlling area and operating concern in SU3. System will prompt the window for you to set the controlling area when you first time call the CO related T-code (e.g KS03) or window for you to set the operation concern when you call the COPC related T-code. (e.g KE24)

There is also T-code for you to set / switch the default controlling area and operation concern if you work for different CO area or operation concern

  • T-code: OKKS to set to another controlling area.
  • T-code: KEBC or KEBD to set the operation concern

You can't find the Controlling area field in almost all the CO master data, planning and posting T-codes. System will prompt you to set it when you first time call any of these T-code. However, almost all CO reporting you can find the Controlling area field. You can default controlling area via T-code RPC0 for CO reporting if you want.

Thanks.
