ST-SER 701_2010_1 component is not installed

Hello,

I am working in Solution Manager System preparation, in the step-2 I get an an error

Check Software Prerequisites Solution Manager does not fulfill the Diagnostics prerequisites

ST-SER 701_2010_1 component is not installed

As of now I am on Solam 7.1 SP14 and having

ST-SER 720 SP03 on my system and still get the above error... we recently upgrades to SP14.... please suggest.

Hi,

you can Check ST-SER status in AGS_Update, If it is showing outdated then you need to install the latest ST-SER patch which is 28.
