IC Web Client - Identify Account information

Dear experts,

Currently Business partner (BP) / Account information (Caller First Name, Caller Last Name and Contact 1) is not getting copied in to “Master service request” from Identify Account.

We have implemented a BADI to deactivate the interaction record creation after confirmation of identify account screen. We have done required config for business role, account identification and business transaction config etc. Now after confirmation of Identify account screen, it is triggering master service request as expected. But not copying BP/Account information in to master service request. Please advise how this issue can be resolved.

Steps to reproduce

1. identify Account with search of First name

2. Select Account from search results and it creates Master service request. Caller First Name, Caller Last Name and Contact 1 fields information is not copied from “Identify Account” screen to Master service request.

    Hi Anil,

    Does it work if you enable the interaction record creation - this would help to identify it is related to prevention of IRec or if any customizing is missing.
